Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days, but may take up to 21 days during busy periods due to customs or postal delays.
We offer free shipping on orders over $50 USD. For customers using other currencies, the approximate thresholds for free shipping are $80 AUD, $70 CAD, €50 EUR, and £40 GBP. Please note that if you are shopping during a promotion, your order must still meet the minimum amount to qualify for free shipping.
Nope! After your initial purchase, there are no additional costs to track your animal.
Each Kukudushi is preloaded with 1500 Kuku points that you can use to adopt an animal of your liking after scanning the jewelry for this first time.
All phones with NFC are compatible to our system and must have a connection to the internet.
International orders may be subject to customs fees; each country has its own authority to determine when and how much to charge for these fees upon arrival.
On average, transmitters will send signals for around one year. Sometimes signals will continue for up to two years, other times less than one. If we lose the connection with the animal because the battery of the tag is empty, we are happy to add 1000 kuku points to your personal dashboard, allowing you to adopt a new animal for free. When connection is lost you will still be able to see the track history of the animal but it will be marked with a red battery sign.
