Article 1 – Returns and Right to Cancel
Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your order. For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within this 14-day period for a full refund, as per EU consumer protection laws. For customers outside the EU, including the U.S., we offer exchanges or store credit only.
To qualify for an exchange or refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, exchange, or cancellation, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. Contact us via email at info@kukudushi.com for the return address and further instructions.
Article 2 – Exchanges and Refunds
If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, and notify you by email. For exchanges, we will confirm our decision to approve or reject the exchange and update you on the processing time.
For customers in the EU who exercise their right to cancel within 14 days, we will issue a full refund. For U.S. and other non-EU customers, refunds are not available; we offer exchanges or store credit only.
Article 3 – Order Cancellations
It is not possible to cancel an order once it has been shipped. If you wish to refuse delivery, the item will be returned to us, and we will process a refund or exchange as applicable once the item is received and inspected.
Article 4 – Promotional and Sale Items
Only regular-priced items can be exchanged or refunded. Unfortunately, items purchased on sale or during promotions are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Article 5 – Damaged or Faulty Items
We will replace items that are faulty or damaged upon delivery. If you need an exchange for the same item due to damage, please contact us at info@kukudushi.com with photo evidence of the damage to expedite your claim.
Article 6 – Delivery Conditions and Responsibility
Our products are delivered to the customer’s specified address. The name provided on the order must match the name on the mailbox, which should be accessible and large enough to hold a 30x20x10 cm parcel.
Delivery to a relay point or P.O. box is not supported. Kukudushi is not responsible for delivery issues or lost packages resulting from incorrect addresses or inaccessible mailboxes.
Article 7 – Return Shipping Costs
To return a product, please contact customer service at info@kukudushi.com. Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.
For items valued over $50 or €50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Kukudushi cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
